This is a nice little hall tree. I have a very small entry area, and this hall tree did not take up a lot of room. It was easy to put together, it's decently made. Nothing super fancy...but for the price one shouldn't expect more. I am pleased and it works for me.

I needed a small hall tree for my upstairs hall. It fits the space and the style of my 1920'3 house perfectly. It goes together easily as long as you have an electric screw driver. Would be hard without one because the holes in the back are not really pre-drilled. It was well packed but came with a few scratches anyway. This is not really a problem because they are easily repaired. I am overall pleased with this product.

We put this by our front door. It is on the small side, but it looks nice when not inspected too closely. The top part is a little wobbly and seems like it might not last with heavy use. It is more for decoration in our house to make the entryway look like an entryway. Matches other walnut furniture. Easy assembly.

I am an interior designer and bought this hall tree for my customer. I had it shipped to me, so that I could put it together and deliver it to them. [...] it looks nice and went together fairly well. But the wood and workmanship is the worst I have ever seen on anything. It must be ulility grade wood. Big pieces of veneer are missing. It is extremely roughly sanded and many parts have no finish. In my opinion, it is a piece of junk. I have carried it around in my van for 4 days now, because I am so embarrassed to take it to my customer. I am going to give them a lot of their money back, and I will have to "eat" it. This is truly the worse looking piece of furniture I have EVER seen, and I threw the boxes away, because to take it all apart[...] is more hassle. I am not a complainer, but this piece is horrible.

First unit was manufactured terribly. The mirror was scratched and the two pegs which line up the back piece and the base would not align. [...] I managed to reconstruct the mirror/back piece by gluing it all together. The finish on the hardware partially rubbed off also.I would not recommend this hall tree.
